Jeff has a wealth of experience gained from some of the world’s most recognised branded companies including Coca-Cola, Intersnack & Cadbury Mondelez, with a proven track record as a successful business leader.

Working in the fields of Sales, Marketing & Strategy, Jeff has deep cross-functional experience. He has lived and worked internationally from Australia (Melbourne is his home town), to Ireland and the UK, as well exposure to many other countries and markets from holding global positions.

Jeff has many years experience running companies and as Monty’s CEO, is focussed on building on Monty’s already strong reputation for quality and service and driving its next phase of growth.

Outside of work, if Jeff isn’t enjoying time with his family and friends, you will find him in overalls and usually with a broken part in his hands, exploring his passion for restoring and driving classic cars.
