Craig Leach

Head of Supply Chain

Craig has worked in senior procurement and supply chain management positions for over 15 years, for both SME and large, multi-national FMCG organisations including Sainsbury’s, Coty and Leading-Edge Labels. With a strong commercial background, Craig enjoys analysing problems and negotiating with internal and external parties to resolve complex issues. At Monty’s Bakehouse he develops and maintains a network of suppliers and leads the company’s outsourced manufacturing and supply chain processes, to ensure they are optimised in terms of efficiency, cost and security. The day to day supply chain and logistics function he is responsible for includes the planning and production of food products and associated packaging; stock management; road, sea and air freight; and associated export administration.

Outside of work Craig loves spending time with his family, going on holiday and especially enjoys their annual skiing trip. He also coaches his son’s football team, rides a bike, goes to the gym and plays golf whenever he can.
